This Agreement outlines the terms of membership. By submitting an application and paying dues, the Member agrees to these terms.

1. Membership Benefits

Active Members receive:

• A custom 1‑page website, mobile‑friendly and tailored to their brand
• Free domain registration (up to $25/year; premium domains extra)
• Secure hosting, SSL certificate, daily backups, and security updates
• Up to 15 minutes of monthly updates (text, images, hours, etc.)
• Support via email, chat, and phone during business hours
• Emergency support by call or text at (928) 277-9486 for critical issues only (site down / security concerns)

2. Dues & Payment

• Standard Monthly – $50/month + $449 setup fee, month‑to‑month
• Setup‑Free Monthly – $88/month + $0 setup fee, 1‑year minimum
• Annual Advantage – $550/year + $449 setup fee, 1‑year prepaid (1 month free)

Dues auto‑renew. Late payments may suspend benefits.

3. Member Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate content (photos, text, hours, etc.)
• Communicate clearly on update requests
• Pay dues on time

4. Ownership

• Your logos, images, and written content are yours.
• Our code, designs, and backend systems remain ours. You get a license to use them while you are an active member.

5. Cancellation

• Month‑to‑month plans: Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. No further charges.
• Setup‑Free Monthly (1‑year plan): If you cancel within the first 12 months, the waived $449 setup fee becomes due. This is the only cancellation fee.
• Non‑payment: Your site will be paused after 10 days. We will reach out first.

6. Resolving Issues

If something isn't right, talk to us. We will do our best to fix it.

7. Disclaimers

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or revenue.
• We are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or third‑party claims arising from the use of your website.
• Our total liability is capped at the dues you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

8. General

• This is the full agreement between both parties.
• We reserve the right to update these terms. You will be notified of any material changes. Continued membership means you accept updates.
• If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in full effect.
